As great as I thought he was in Officer my first thought always seems to go to Toy Soldiers.

Much respect for his work.

He had such an intense and menacing glare which made him a perfect fit for roles like An Officer and a Gentleman. I could watch he and R. Lee Ermey play drill instructors all day long.

He was the host for an off-site all-staff event I attended in the very late 90s for the NJ US base of one of the big pharma companies. Don't know if this was a reflection of the acting roles he was being offered or a chance to make a small fortune for a days work playing Foley as a motivational speaker.
