The radio station that I was streaming earlier this morning (KMSU.org , Minnesota State college radio) was celebrating "Second Halloween" today in honor of 2/29 - which is nice

They played spooky music, held a séance, did an ESP test, and invited Trick Or Treaters to the studio for candy

I may have to adopt this tradition for 2028
