TT position
 Hi !!
Last adjustements before season starting.. I think I achieved to find a relatively good position on my tri bike. I can apply power, and it seems that i'm not bad in aero. But, when putting on my helmet (briko cronometro), it seems that I have a huge gap between my back and the back of the helmet. Do my head still too high ? How can I lower it more ? Or do my helmet is not the good choice ?

I'll try to post a picture with my helmet put on, but basically the tip of the helmet keep in the air.
Thanks

Who said you need to keep the tail flat on the back? History is rife with fast people being successful without this happening.

Often when people try to do this it causes them to raise their head and may increase drag.
