Goals from last week-
1. Let hamstring tendon heal - I didn’t run after the pain on M. I set up a rehab program (consulted w PT) and started doing it this weekend.
2. Shoulder PT as directed- done
3. Journal every day - I think so. I did at least most days
4. 7 /7 healthy coping - yes I did that!!!
Girl complaint: I am new to actually having periods bc I was on birth control for 2+ decades and never bled while on them. I stopped taking the pill on Nov because it was tanking my thyroid hormones. Thyroid hormones rebounded and I now have actual blood each month. I am very happy about this bc it is a sign of health but the pms and cramps and actual mess of it sucks!!!! (Overall though cannot overstate am happy to have such a nuisance given its indication of health)
Week was
1 easy jog 1.5 miles
6 swims 16,150 yds total
1 full rest day (didn’t even go for walk)
5.5 mi walking (one walk)
Goals this week
1. 7/7 healthy coping
2. Journal daily
3. Shoulder PT daily
4. Hip PT daily
5. Follow plan to ease back into jogging
