I can pair the rear derailleur with my phone and the battery is 100%, but there are no lights on the blipbox and not able to change gears. Does the Blipbox have a battery that is easy to change? I'm guessing it's not rechargeable? TIA.

It's a cr2032. Yes, easy to change.
