The struggle continues....

So I have updated the Felt IA with 12 speed Dura Ace. Everything new except the hydraulic di2 brake levers, which I used the older charger/etube to bring up to latest firmware.
Everything else has been brought up to latest firmware now via the bluetooth etube app.

So issue I am having - the rear derailleur won't move to the two hardest gears. I suspect this is because the front derailleur is not auto shifting to the big ring, but not sure why it isn't. When I shift through the other gears, I can see the front derailleur -is- powered as it is doing its auto trim thing. Also the system has been fully charged.

Any ideas as to why the FD won't move to the big ring?
