Prescription Cycling Glasses, What’s new ?
Recently crashed and broke my Bolle Shifter RX glasses .The RX insert were built into the lenses .
Any recommendations on companies that do this on Oakley Sutro , KOO Demo or Scicon Aeroscope style frames .
Can’t wear contacts , don’t like the insert behind the lens .

I wear contacts for racing, I can see ok for running but for riding I wear prescription Oakley Crosslink Zero. I’m in the UK and they were pretty good value..less than £100 for single vision lenses. They are clear but, given I live in the North of England we don’t see the sun very often!

I have a pair of Oakleys that are fantastic. The lenses themselves are prescription (no inserts). They have a handful of frames that they can make true prescription.

I’ve been looking into this.

I wear progressives, near nonexistent.

For progressives, I’ve had the best luck with the Rudy insert that goes into many of their sunglasses. I haven’t looked into their new line of Rx glasses yet.

You can see how the RX Insert is set in the lens in the pic.

Still seem to do them for ÂŁ95.00 with clear single vision lenses.

Interested to hear options as I was planning on getting some next year. I don't need progressive yet, but I do want photochromic so I can wear them day or night.

Rudy $750
Oakley $400 on sale for polarized without photochromic (I couldn't figure out how to get Rx photochromic lenses)
Tifosi $220 (or $300 with anti fog and anti reflective coating)

Based on this, I am leaning toward Tifosi
