My current road bike is giving me fits. It started with a broken frame. I've received it back from the frame repair with a few more scratches than when it left, a broken RD, a misaligned FD, and a chain ring that has somehow been mangled so it's time to consider just replacing it. Might be time to replace it for myself and fix it for my son in my own time.

Anyone have a 54cm bike they are looking to sell? I would prefer to make the jump to disc brake. I'm not looking for an endurance geometry bike. I like the compact, sporty feel of racier bike.
