Bought a used bike and these were included. Incredible wheelset and HED's top of line. Retail for $2600 new. Include Conti Grand Prix 5000 S TR tires. Can include Shimano 11 speed cassette if needed. No rotors. White decaling on rear is slightly worn off- most likely due to wiping them down. but in new condition with no dings, dents, or marks. Upgraded Chris King hubs make these a one of a kind set!!
