I ordered a prfive2 and the buying experience was fantastic. The website said 2-4 weeks for the bike to arrive and I mentioned in the notes that I was racing Washington 70.3 and it would be great to have in time to get in some rides and race on it. I had it in 8 days and have done a week of rides and am loving this bike. The emails outlining the process were great. The article on the main page says QR is one of the 4 brands people are interested in and their customer service and quality product are top notch.
