Old School Tire + Wheel Choice
Cervelo P2 2014, Hed Jet 6 (Aluminium Rim), Hed Disk (Aluminium Rim), Hed H3 front wheel (aluminium rim)

Currently running the Hed Jets with 23mm Conti Grand Prix 5000 (no TLR, no TLC) with latex tubes.
Any faster ideas? I still have a few very old 20mm tires for the H3 and the Disk could potentially run on 23 and 25mm tires as well.

Its and old school setup, but I try to get it fast, rim brakes, so no crazy withs possible.

How much faster is a more recent bike, like the P5 (which would be the most likely alternative)?

Your setup is how I would run it: GP 5000 23mm with latex front, GP 5000 23-25mm with latex rear. Use the Enve/Sram tire pressure calculator and you're good to go.

Also, kindly check the conclusion section: https://www.bicyclerollingresistance.com/...-vs-tubes#conclusion

Same idea but I have a wider back wheel and an old front, both running 23mm conti gp tt edition. The front measures 23-24mm and the rear 26mm. Both have fancy tubes for racing.
Without spending £1000s I don’t think you can do better

Gp5000TT 25mm with Latex on the back.
Supersonic 23mm with Latex on the front (if you can find one).
Will save you approx 5-6 watts
