Any of these cups may allow you to narrow the front end slightly.

You should also be able to reverse the brackets (move the left to the right, and the right to the left) with the cup mounting pads still outboard and gain a little bit of additional reach.

this change?

I can't imagine that's what he intended to recommend. I sure don't recommend that, it looks very unsafe.

Likely he meant to switch the brackets themselves, so that the portion that the pads screw into are pointing at each other, not away from each other. That may have some other downsides, so perhaps look into some different pads?

this is how it looks, can not move closer and do not understand what you meant by switching them

Some brackets will allow you to "reverse" them, and have the threaded holes between the bars.

From your photo, I'd be surprised if your brackets would work well for this. It might be best to try some different pads/cups.

A lot of brackets are symmetrical from left to right and some are front to back. So there are often ways you can flip them. Now looking at yours, the "wing" part of the bracket has three sets of holes, so it's too long to be flipped as is and keeping extensions where they are. I understand you might not want to do this, but if is were me I'd check I can effectively swap them, then I'd cut them to keep only one set of holes.

I drilled 2 new holes to cups and moved them from previous 8 cm to aprox 3,5 cm

now next possible options I can make are changes with saddle and can lower extensions by taking out some spacers or change angle of extensions

In 2nd photo, seat looks too high to me. Otherwise the position doesn't look that bad. You should be getting better results though. Lots of possibilities.

The power meter might be suspect. But there are others. I would also look at better (deeper) front wheel. BTW, What kind of tires/pressure are you running?

If you can, record a video from the front on a trainer at (this is very important) full power. That may give you the answers right there.

Yeah, seat looks a little high in these photos too.

Your knees seem to be in pretty tight (splaying knees can destroy the best position). So nothing jumps out at me. Your head does seem higher than in the side photos. But maybe that's just perspective.

bought them, already on the way

anyway, MADE few changes

I lowered seatheight another 5 mm
move elbow pads closer (mentioned earlier)
and put OUT few spacers (30 mm), I really do not remember who and why recommended this to me 2 years ago
now I am definitely LOWER and "pain" in shoulders is same, so spacers were not helping it anyway
I made photos
one is with FLAT and one is "praying mantis", will probably try little bit "praying mantis" than really flat, it is more painful for shoulders
btw you can see my biceps and shoulders, definitelly NOT a cycling body lol

I do appreciate all your inputs, thanks!!!

Had race on Saturday and finally was able to find one photo yestarday from that race. It is from last third of race, was k.o., held 377 avg W for almost 24 mins.
really trying to do my best to more relax my hands
now waiting for new wingspan extenders I ordered last week to help put my elbows even closer
I could imagine my elbows move little further, but do not have any longer stem

Huge improvement! It now looks like you're "sitting" on a bike instead of "running" on a bike!!

The "Praying Mantis" position you've been trying really requires you to get your head lower - and I mean "lower", NOT tilting your head down - along with shrugging your shoulders in.

You can really see this when the early or late sun is directly behind you, look at your shadow out in front of the bike - make it as small as possible. As you lower your head, the tail of the helmet should come closer to your back. Depending on the shape of the back of your head/neck. you may have to "screw around" (that's a technical term) with the helmets retention system, to prevent it from rotating forward on your head.

Your hands still look tense.

Try letting go of the aeros and place your hands on top of them.

Setup is looking better
Work on relaxing your hands on top of the extensions/shifters instead of grabbing the sides of them, that will decrease the muscle tension on the outer deltoids.

Saturday Masters Nationals, lost gold by 4 secs
these photos are at 2-3% "uphill"
last photo is new bike I am considering to buy, that one would allow me much more new possibilities in setup

There's no photo. However, I'd recommend buying a bike based on fit coordinates. Ideally your current position will be somewhere in the middle of the bike's range
