My main goal last week was healthy coping skills and I did it, 7/7!
I did four sessions of each sport. A bit over 10,000 yds swim, 93 mi bike, 28 mi run
PT 6/7 days

Goals this week: healthy coping, day off from bike and run, do PT 6/7 days, lift at least once
