Super long shot but I have a 2016 Speed Concept and looking for a stem cover in low near if anyone happens to have a line on one. Looking for this:

Trek sells them. You can find part number and get it through your Trek shop. I just ordered two options for stem and cover, (but then everything was so rusted/frozen inside I couldn't make the swap) so I returned them all.
