ISO Bar End Shifter Adapter - FOUND

Starting my search here in the classified section. If you see the picture below, you can see that my aerobars were not designed with these shifter buttons in mind. The bar ends have a "teardrop" shape to them that isn't covered by the new shifters.



I'm looking to find some kind of adapter to cover up that area. I've seen this image online, but I can't tell what company made it, or where to buy it.



Anyone here seen anything like that? Maybe there's a 3D printed option out there as well?

SUGRU or some other moldable silicone.
