I seem unable to upload picutures. I dont have any little mountain nor do I have an advaced options button?? Wuz up with that?

It works only with Microsoft Internet Explorer. When you write a post you should see a Button 'Switch to Basic/Advanced Editor' below the textbox (above 'Append signature to post')
If you use it and still don't see the menu when posting or replying go to 'Edit Profile' on top of the page.
Click 'Display Settings' (http://forum.slowtwitch.com/gforum.cgi?do=user_profile_display;) and choose 'Advanced Editor' as option for Post writer/editor.

The mountain is the second button from right in the menu.
