Good: Mount Desert Island, ME high schoolers parked their cars as inefficiently as possible.

Montana has some weird old law on the books that if you ride a horse to school the principal has to tend to it for the day. A few knuckleheads around the state take them up on it every Spring.

MDI high school - which spurred this post - did another prank. They filled an entire stairway with balloons, and made lots of paths/walls with red solo cups.
I think the best part is that I'm not sure anyone expected a second prank!
