You're the holder of something that cannot be copied, which the issuer says is symbolically tied to Jan's record.
Of course, anybody can issue an NFT and say it's symbolically tied to Jan's record. Jan can also mint an NFT for his Canyon bike, his smile, his fame, his legendary consistency, etc., and I can mint an NFT for all those things (his things, not mine).
That's what makes NFTs ludicrous. They prove nothing.
