I watched RVB's YouTube about the IRONMAN 70.3 Les Sables d'Olonne.
He was second they guy that beat him, Mika Noodt
swam and biked in early the same time and then out ran him by 3 + minutes.
Not the most amazing thing ever except why have we never heard of him.
He is 20 years old!!!
Here is to hoping he stays healthy and does 70.3 worlds this year.
Technique will always last longer then energy production. Improve biomechanics, improve performance.
