I do a bit of night riding on my road bike and upgraded my front end to the Enve SES aero handlebar, which I really like. However, it is harder to attach lights to the front of the bike. I typically would use at least 2 or 3 headlights on my bars- to have a failsafe system, in case a light died, along with having plenty of light.
I have an out front Enve Garmin Mount, that has a single gopro adapter. I use that with my daylight light, but want to use it for a one to two splitter for nighttime. That being said, does anyone use a splitter- that works well and is relatively lightweight? There are lots of options from no-name brands on amazon and I also saw this model online, but don't see any reviews.
KNOG Qudos Action Video Light Mount Pack - no longer made and reviews not so good.
Example of what's on amazon

Thanks for anyone that might have gone down this road previously.
