I was under the impression when a case goes to arbitration, both parties agree to the arbiter's decision and can't appeal. I guess not.

As long as he's banned in the future, what happens to past titles/medals is all window dressing, as far as I'm concerned. (though I might not feel that way if I were one of the 2-4th place athletes).

Apparently the Italian arbitrator has tweeted a bunch of anti Chinese racist type stuff, so that’s how they got it back to review.

I think I'd prefer to see him burned at the stake, to make sure he doesn't get chance to race again.
He'd be along with Lance. Vino. Weiss. And a couple of other particularly scum dopers.

I can't think of an athlete I find more contemptible. Every single thing he does is just disgusting. Cannot stand the thought of him ever competing again. Not sure why, but I find him even more revolting than Lance.....but that stroke, good lord, a thing a beauty.
