I'm looking at a set of deep wheels that are 30mm wide external, 23mm internal. By Silca's 105 rule and the trends of new Rovals, Enve, etc. 30mm external doesn't sound extreme, however the wheels I'm looking at (Light Bicycle AR56) have 23mm internal width. Does anyone have experiences running 25mm tires on something like that? I'm wondering whether it's still safe to use or if the internal width is too wide. Thanks for any insight before I do anything stupid.

So I’d take that to mean they are safe if the manufacturer allows it.
Safe.
