Not your everyday road rage story

Tuesday, 11pm, downtown Detroit. An armed man gets out of his Rover approaches two people on bicycles. Woman cyclist pulls her legal pistol and kills him. Detroit PD don't know if they want to charge her with homicide or if it was self defence.

Article states “An armed man got out of his suv.“

How was he armed? Was his weapon visible but holstered? Was he brandishing a weapon? What was he armed with? A gun? A knife?

Difficult to form an opinion until any facts are known.

A different article I read mentioned a knife.

There's probably a moral there somewhere.

I read somewhere that the script contained a hand-to-hand combat scene between the two characters. When the day came to shoot it, though, Ford was sick as a dog with the flu/food poisoning so he asked Spielberg if Jones could just shoot the guy. The rest is comedic gold history.
