1" to 1 1/8 inch steer tube question
So I have a 1" steerer tube and a Zipp Vuka Stealth bar that will not tighten to fit around a 1" tube, as it was made for 1 1/8" ST. Is there any chance I can find a spacer or expander that can make up the difference without getting a whole new fork or handlebar? I'm guessing not, but thought I would confirm.

Yep. They are called shaft sleeves. Quite commonly used for motor shafts. I bought one for my cervelo 1" steerer a couple years ago. Just Google. Mcmaster carr probably has one.

Several brands sell 1" to 1 1/8" steerer shims made for doing this.

Adding to what others have said, the Orbea Ordu ships standard with a 1†steerer and a shin to make it work with a standard 1 1/8†stem.

Awesome! Thanks all. Actually about 5 minutes after I posted I stupidly remembered my frameset came with the sleeve. I'm not always the quickest with the whole problem solving thing.

A google search says that your frame uses a Cane Creek IS41 headset.
