Measuring planned intensity 80/20?
How can I calculate the intensity balance of my planned workouts? I'm trying to find an easy way to calculate the numbers in red for future workouts

Obviously it is easy to get these numbers for workouts that I have already completed, but I'm trying to do this for next week. I'm using TrainingPeaks and WKO5, it seems like all the info is there, I just can't find a way to get to it.

week 1 is about 88 minutes of intensity

I just took total planned workout x in minutes then figured out how many minutes 17% was.

Then you can write your workouts accordingly.

On an 80/20 plan from everything I've seen you're typically going to be at or < 10% of your total time at intensity.

It's 20% of your sessions will have intensity not 20% of your total training duration as you've got in your planned stuff.
