Swim: 17 hours, 60,000 yards

It was a good year. Emphasis not triathlon but on adventure:
- No injuries
- Two ultramarathons (one was a 60K in which I ran all night in Finland; the other a 50K on the Pacific coast of Oregon)
- Two Olympic distance tris
- One half iron (55-59 age group win)
- A midnight sun swim race from Finland to Sweden
- A gravel bike race
- Lots of strength training 'cause I went to my 40th high school reunion (don't tell anyone how vain I am!)
I love seeing folks' totals and achievements. Doesn't seem to be bragging ...
