Can you use a +6/-6* with some spacers?

Well it’s for my super six that’s already at the top of the fork...I just want a little more lift as I get older but not enough to flip the +/- 6 over yet

there are spacers underneath? then flip the stem and move a spacer from under the stem to above it.

the stem +/- 6 stem is already at the top of the fork steer...I don’t want to flip it over to a +6 just yet but I would like to try a 0/90 just to see how that feels and looks

yeah, I get that it's at the top of the steerer, which makes me think that there are spacers underneath. or are you saying that the steerer is cut down with no room for adjustment?

reason I suggest it is so that you can fine tune your position before searching for a new hard-to-find stem. just flip it up, and adjust slightly downwards. I haven't done the math, but I guess if flip the stem and you also take out 5mm from below the stem and put it on top, then that'll put you in pretty much the same spot as a 0 degree stem would. then, if that works for you go find a new stem.

A couple of reasonable ones on eBay.

Alternately, you could get an adjustable stem. It's too heavy to be a permanent fix, but will let you try a bunch of positions without having to fork (pun intended) over for a bunch of stems that didn't work.
