Im in the market for an indoor trainer with power. Currently, I do not train with power but will be adding that to my bike in the near future. What indoor trainer will give me the most bang for the buck. I currently have a Cyclops Mag Trainer and feel its almost worthless.

I upgraded last year to a CycleOps / Saris Hammer (H2 or H3 now), from a CycleOps dumb trainer with a Powertap hub.
Pretty awesome. I have done Zwift (where I stayed), Trainer Road (Watching a Bar graph is boring), and The Sufferfest and it takes indoor to a whole new level..
The Hammer does cadence, Power etc. all in one box. So Zwift via Bluetooth / Apple TV is good to go straight out of the box.

Can not say a bad thing about my Hammer. It's been flawless.
What is your budget? I had a KICKR 2016. It was awesome. I have a Tacx Neo 2. It is awesome. The H3 is getting a lot of buzz, and their sales are pretty strong. The 2nd tier options are also excellent with a few hundred USD savings, depending on your budget and features.
