Bought several bikes from the LBS and after my last one I will not step foot back in their store. Ordered a bike that came in on the same shipment with the owners bike that he ordered for himself. When I went to pick it up I noticed mine had much cheaper tires on it than what were specd, happened to see the owners bike that was also just built up sitting there with the tires that mine should have had, checked online for what his was supposed to be specd with and yep they switched tread on me and played dumb. I left with the tires I was supposed to have and have not been back
