Hi All,
Any recommendations for a tri coach in Sydney Eastern Suburbs? I know of the training groups (BRATs, PB3, Moore Performance, etc.) but the schedule of these groups do not suit me. I would be looking for a one-on-one coach, mainly online via TrainingPeaks but who could also meet from time to time.
Thank you very much!

Who am I?
31. Started triathlon 6 years ago, consistent training in the past 18 months. Working 9am-6pm. No Kids.
Diagnosed with MS in 2016. I try to really keep my fatigue level under control and listen to my body.
Where am I now?
Mostly self-trained. Have used the help of a coach before. Training 15-20h per week. 420h in the last 6 months.
Current fitness level: 11h at IM Cairns 2019 with a long walk of shame in the last 15km.
I would say I am a decent swimmer and runner, but comparatively poor rider. I tend to ride too fast in races, which hinders my ability to run. Probably my best area for improvement.
Where do I want to be?
I want to be able to race to my full potential. Most of my races are hindered by stomach cramps on the run. My main weakness seems to be execution on the day. I want to run a proper marathon off the bike.
My plan for the months to come:
- Racing 70.3 WC Nice early September, followed by 1-month break
- Planning on racing IM New Zealand March 2020
It doesn't get easier, you just get slower
