I'd say the reptile won the round. And I pity the animal control guy that has to do the humane thing and get it out.

That reptile doesn't know and doesn't care about a knife through it's scull. The humane thing to do is to leave it the hell alone.

don't know about the gator's personal life, but am willing to bet on where the knife was purchased.
