Lol if you read a book called spitting in the soup it tells how an early 1900s Olympic marathon race in the US was on dirt roads so all the runners sucked up the dust from the press cars and there was a well about mid run for water. However they were allowed to be fed arsenic by they’re teams as PED later in the run to give them a boost. Wasn’t so long ago...

No softy here, nothing but iron, steel or perhaps something that is even harder.

Flat tyres ? That's soft.
You should be running direct in the rims. Cast iron rims (none of that pansy carbon or alu - that's for whimps).
