Landed in Toronto and spent the week with my two bro's, both just retired early. The question was what to do next? I said get training for triathlon. Each can ride bikes no probs. Put the one guy through some track work-outs and then kicked them into the pool.

OK so this is your quintessential AOS swimmers and better than my starting point! In spite of growing up swimming around in lakes, pools, scuba diving, waterskiers etc. but never learned to swim properly.

Gassed after a few lengths of a backyard 15yarder...but I see potential!

After shooting the vid, I started with some hand touch catch-up drill. Working to stop taking big diggers while turning to breathe.


I need to find some east coast races around Oshawa and Washington DC.
