Is there something weird about the thread pitch to their axle? Friend lost one of her thru axles enroute to Eagleman and need to replace it. Is it a common enough axle or some special for. She thinks it is difficult to replace. No QR shop here in Ottawa.

I don’t know if it’s strange but I do know that their customer service is great - email their warranty people and they will respond almost instantly and have it on the way super fast

Front or rear? I've replaced both the front and rear on my QR with DT Swiss options and can snap a pic of the appropriate details for the thruaxle. They are a little bot outside the norm for their specs.
