Disk wheel on Sea Sucker bike carrier

I’m interested in getting the Sea sucker rack. My only question is how a disk wheel fits on there when there is no room for straps.

I suppose I can out the disk in the trunk and put the a different wheel on for the travel but curious.

Just buy a cheapo spare wheel from CL for $25 to toss on. Maybe make it your trainer wheel/tire/cassette setup.

I'm not a fan of it on any rack, it's a lot of surface area.

While a car may move forward you can get wicked cross winds.

I've done this several times. A few of those > 100mph and once > 110.

I still have that disc wheel and it's in one piece. Just secure it down. IIRC I put the strap from the rear tire mount around the chainstay
