How many are you looking to order? I work for Headsweats and we now do custom performance tech apparel including singlets. Our minimum is 24 units (mix and match mens/women's/sizes). Singlets cost $8 final price including free design and artwork.

Our club does them through Pactimo, but 2 weeks is not going to happen. Triple that between design, production and shipping. And I think it's pretty expensive (or impossible) to do an order under 5 for them.
