I believe it is a union, run by Christian's or with Christian ideals or something. I'm not too familiar with them as they aren't active (as far as I know) in my area on Vancouver island. Why?

It is a union. They represent the nurses and health care aides in the nursing home I take care of patients in. They are somewhat more collabrative (sic) than traditional unions. They represent alot of workers in the nursing home sector in Ontario .
