Drop / starting point
I'm 6' 1/2'' and seeking an aggressive position for IM. Actually, I have 12.5cm drop (from saddle nose to top of pad).

I think my elbow pads spacing is quite narrow (15cm center to center of pad).

Where should I start from with drop measurement ?

Riding a 56cm P5-3 with AlphaX and 165mm cranks.

Cheers !

with a saddle height of 81.5cm you'd expect to have about 17cm of drop for riders in the fat part of the bell curve.

I'll try to get rid of the 4cm spacers and see how it feels on the trainer. Maybe in 2 / 2cm steps ? Or should I go for the big change before I start to get outside ?

I'm not that «fat» at 165 ! :)

I'm not saying you need to remove spacers and get lower, I'm saying that you're not average at the moment. It could work for you. Hard to tell without pictures
