When I put my race wheels on my bike this morning my garmin vector 2 has no power reading. Cadence reads just fine. The power output reads just fine with training wheels. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the vectors on my FR920xt after updating software for both. Has anyone else had this problem? Any solutions?
How many flashing lights are you getting on the pedal pod? 1 every few seconds? Bursts of 4 or 5?
1 every few seconds. It pairs to my FR920 without a problem.
My first thought was it was paired but hadn't set installation angles and needed to spin up between 70-90 rpm for a few seconds before showing power....but that is 4 flashes
Are the lights flashing green or red? If red, new batteries? Otherwise, do you have a secondary cadence sensor on the bike anywhere that your garmin could be picking up? Maybe it's not reading the vectors at all and is reading cadence from another sensor. I have a duotrap on my trek that I don't use and my garmin always gets confused about where to pick up cadence.
