Looking for some recomendations in the Ft. Myers Area for some physio for a running injury.

Here is my issue. Boston is in 5 weeks (my first and a big bucket list item), I did something to the outside of my calf a few weeks ago - have taken a full week off - tried to run yesterday. It was fine for a few km and then could feel it, but not horrible, as I finished off 5km.

This morning it feels like it did weeks ago.

I have 10 days in Fort Myers over the March break but think I need to get on fixing this injury, hence, my question for a recomendation for some physio in an area that I am not too familiar with.
