I noticed that if i drink an unnecessary gatorade, i'm literally 2 lbs heavier the next morning and i will need to pee 3 time during a swim set.
I'm assuming that my body retain more water because of the extra sodium... which my body eliminate as soon as i start swimming.
Now, for all my races last year (half and full IM), the night before, i had a nuun tablet.... and for everyone of those race, i had to pee few time during the early part of the race.
So, because of the swimming and what it does to your water balance, is it me or i will have a better race if i didn't drink electrolytes the day before a race?
