I think any of the running cheaters caught should have to do a penalty event. DNF or DNS the penalty event, banned for life from all it.

Penalty event? You have to complete one lap of the Barkley's marathon, no time limit. Barefoot.

I like the idea, maybe just wear a dunce hat while you run at their next selected race in order to not be banned.
