I recently upgraded to an Apple XR with an Otterbox case and want to figure out the best way to carry it with me while running so I can listen to music and have telephone access. With my old phone, I simply carried it in my hand, but this new phone is noticeably heavier and bulkier and is not as easy to run with. I was looking at Flipbelt running belts but I'm not sure that my phone will fit and also not sure how comfortable it will be to run with one of those. Looking for suggestions from anyone on the best way to carry it (I used to have an armband and never really liked the feel of it).

I have the UD utility belt, it's 5" wide. The Naked Running Band is similar, I believe.

Second vote for the spibelt. I have a galaxy note 8... Not an otterbox case, though. But the spibelt carries my phone in the small of my back and I don't even know it's there.

I dropped my phone several times taking off my shorts after a run because I forgot it was there.

Just got a Koala bottle belt in and it’s got plenty of room for a large phone in both pockets fwiw

Saw that you already ordered a Spibelt, but for anyone else in the market for something like this also check out the Amphipod belts. Really happy with mine.

I put my Phone X in an Amphipod pocket (https://www.amazon.com/...oding=UTF8&psc=1) that is slipped onto my 2-bottle Fuel Belt (https://www.amazon.com/...s=fuel+belt+2+bottle).
I forget I'm wearing it after about 1 minute. I usually only take 1 bottle with me unless I'm going longer than 6-8 miles.
