I've said this many times. If something can be interpreted two ways, one of which is reasonable and one of which is unreasonable, why wouldn't one assume that its the more reasonable position?

FWIW, I can't stand Trump and I hate having to defend anything he's said, but as they say, truth before politics.

hah! Welcome to the world of trying to get people to dial back to reasonable...er, I meant to say WHY ARE YOU SUCH A TRUMP BALLWASHER??!!

Judge threw out the little punk's defamation lawsuit against the Washington Post. Boy, who could have seen that coming ...

A federal judge has thrown out a Kentucky teen’s lawsuit against the Washington Post for its coverage of his viral encounter with a Native American activist at the Lincoln Memorial back in January.

What do you think of Cleveland's rationale for filing an appeal?

Given it was a motion to dismiss, it is likely to be overturned. Then the parties will do discovery. Then the Washington Post will file a motion for summary judge and win again. That appeal will be denied.

I don't think the parents are paying for this. I wonder who is.
