Tweaking a road bike fit
I had a road bike fit done a few months ago. It was thorough and resulted in a comfortable, though conservative, riding position. A lot was changed from my original position, in particular the saddle was moved a lot further back (my old position was self prescribed based on feel, and I'm used to my tri bike so I sat forward a lot).

Now I am changing things a bit, trying to get lower at the front for a more aggressive riding position (my flexibility has improved since the fit, along with more TITS). So as I lower the front end on a road bike, what else would I ordinarily change? Is the lowering of the front end normally accompanied by a saddle shift (a "rotation" like on a tri bike)? Or can I just lower the front end in isolation?
