I live in Irvine and used to do triathlons in college a few years ago. Since starting my career I've had a harder time focusing on fitness/exercise as consistently as I've wanted. I'm thinking finding a group could be a good answer to this.
I did some google searches on local OC bike clubs and it seems like a lot of clubs have weekend rides or weekday evening rides.
Does anyone know of any groups that do weekday morning rides? I'm the type that often has to stay late at work so getting in a morning workout is really the preferred option.
