That's basically what you need. If you google PDF 3T Aduro Instructions the first link is for a PDF that will have all the specs for the screws needed.

You will want to do the math if your fork tube was cut for V mount as there may be some "dead" stack heights in between the 2 base mounts (V & flush).

I'm looking to lower the front of my P5 stack. I currently have the high V. Would it be better to buy a low V, or stick with the high v and remove some spacers?

For me it was just an exercise in looking at stack needed for me and what configuration preserved the most fork tube (cutting for high V versus adding spacer for low) to keep the most options (range of stack) open down the road.
