Does any Olympic participant have advice on taking the shuttle to edgewater park in the morning? How early do we need to get to a shuttle down town to get to the race site at a safe time? Is the shuttle a hassle?

about a 10 minute walk from the place it lets you off... but there are tons of shuttles

I used the downtown shuttle this morning, in the hotel area. Minimal lines and minimal wait. Worked great to and from the event site.
Just spectated today, but I thought the shuttle from the stadium worked well. Leaving my car to walking on the beach took around 30 minutes or less. Very efficient.
