Straight to the point. No problems biking normally 5 days a week. Runs 2/3 not fast but no real issues. Had graston/dry needling which I thought had nipped the calf issues in the butt. Tried HS in my last race short sprint left calf cramped after a mile. Sore for couple of days biking fine. Hated the taste of HS plus did not seem to make any difference. Bought some pickle juice sports even though do not like pickles and quite enjoyed the taste. I have searched ST plus endless posts on the use of PJ. If you have used the stuff when would you recommend taking? Before during and how many bottles on a sprint if you were paranoid about cramping. Anything would be useful
