Hi, I will be working in New Orleans next week (July 5th-9th)[/font] and am training for a triathlon back home in New Jersey. Does anyone know of facilities for training for visitors?

You can swim with a day pass at the UNO Aquatic Center.
Audubon Park and City Park are both good for running, but go as early as possible unless you want to run in 100 degree heat.
